They are filled with the purest water from a mountain river.

It is made of high-quality ceramics and parquet, includes heated tile floors, double-glazed windows with elements of polished oak and energy-saving glass coating, as well as turnkey bathroom equipment. All communications are displayed in the places of kitchen installation (the kitchen itself is not included in the price). In buildings where finishing has not yet been completed, it is possible to coordinate it with the customer. The daily life of the complex is serviced and provided by the Management Company.
Its tasks include maintaining security, safety of the property of the complex and its inhabitants, maintaining the smooth operation of all technical systems, cleaning the territory, providing information and consulting services, assistance in arranging apartments. The Management Company also provides additional paid services.
